Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Ability to work with teams from different cultures and communicate clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests warmly and escort to tables, present menus.
• Inform Guests of wait times and seat them according to preference.
• Answer calls and provide accurate service information.
• Monitor waiting list and manage guest flow in dining and bar areas.
• Ensure high quality service with attention to guest needs.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth handoffs to service staff.
