You will assist with check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, provide facility information, and coordinate with departments to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams from different cultures and maintain high quality standards.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency in hotel front office systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly while ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, Security and others to ensure smooth operations.
