You will greet guests, assist with seating, and support the restaurant team to deliver prompt, polite service while maintaining a warm, guest‑centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and taking reservations
• Assure that each guest is made to feel welcome, comfortable and is served promptly, politely, and efficiently during all meal seating
• Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service
• Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
• Assist the restaurant manager in all aspects of the daily operation of the restaurant
• Responding to complaints and help to resolve them
• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Your role will include but not be limited to:
