Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant phone calls, guest queries, and reservation requests.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt seating to support smooth service flow.
• Assist with taking initial drink orders when required.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Support the restaurant manager in daily operational tasks.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with service staff and help other roles when needed.
