Job summary

Hyatt Place in Dubai is seeking a proactive Front Office Host to deliver courteous, professional guest service throughout the stay. You will be the main contact for guests and contribute to satisfaction, revenue, and operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, check-in/out, resolving inquiries, and promoting hotel facilities while liaising with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field required/preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior front desk or guest services experience is beneficial.

• Answer calls and electronic inquiries according to brand standards.
• Maintain guest records and profiles.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, wake-up calls, reservations, and concierge services.
