Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our hotel, guiding guests through self-check-in/check-out kiosks and sharing local insights.

You’ll be the go-to person for hotel services and amenities, resolve guest questions quickly, connect guests with the right departments, and support the Front Office to maintain a lively, guest-centric flow, radiating Radisson energy.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles or hospitality environments.
• Comfort with using IT systems and hotel software.
• Strong communication skills in English; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through self-check-in and check-out kiosks.
• Be the go-to person for hotel services, amenities and city happenings.
• Quickly resolve guest questions and hiccups before they escalate.
• Connect guests with the right departments to ensure smooth service.
• Support Front Office with operational tasks to maintain energy and flow.
• Radiate Radisson energy in every interaction.
