Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest handling skills.
• Problem-solving ability to turn issues into memories for guests.
• Fluency in the local language; extra languages are a plus.
• Literacy with basic numeracy and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Take, manage, and process payments for guest bookings.
• Ensure swift and seamless check-in and check-out.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored local recommendations.
