Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Gallery Host to deliver courteous, professional guest service across the guest journey at our Dubai property. You will be the primary contact for guests, welcoming them, guiding check-in and check-out, and ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

In this role you will coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams, process registrations and payments in the PMS, upsell hotel services, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; English proficiency; Microsoft Office and PMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Process registrations, room assignments, billing, and payments.
• Answer calls and inquiries per brand standards; manage keys securely.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services to support revenue goals.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
