Job summary

Hyatt Place Dubai invites a friendly and proactive Gallery Host to deliver outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and address inquiries with professionalism, ensuring seamless interactions across departments.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and knowledge of PMS systems. You will actively promote hotel facilities and local attractions while maintaining accurate records and supporting revenue through

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel PMS.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional guest service throughout the stay.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B for seamless service.
• Promote hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle payments.
