Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a high‑end restaurant, lounge, or bar.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant and bar etiquette, reservation management, and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and operational requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high‑performing team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests and prospective guests in a friendly, professional, and hospitable manner.
• Manage restaurant reservations, including telephone bookings and accurate reservation records.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service and that tables are set in line with opening standards.
• Maintain excellent personal presentation and grooming standards in accordance with company policies.
• Update guest databases and communicate relevant promotions to guests.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menus and daily specials to support guest enquiries.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Respond promptly to reservation requests, guest enquiries, and guest feedback.
