Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations for seamless service.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and assist guests as needed.
• Promote hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
