Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify identity, payment method, assign rooms.
• Issue room keys and secure payments before issuing room keys.
• Balance cash, prepare daily reports and logs, and complete cashier closing procedures.
• Assist guests with directions and property information; follow up on requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
