Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Front Office Receptionist on-site in Dubai to welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and assist guests with inquiries while collaborating with other hotel departments.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and previous hospitality front desk or cashier experience is preferred. Flexibility to work shifts is required for this fast-paced luxury property.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Prior front desk/reception or cashier experience in hospitality preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
