Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa seeks an Instant Service Agent to deliver warm, efficient service to guests and support daily operations in a luxury resort setting.

You will rotate across shifts, handle calls and wake-up requests, coordinate with teams, protect guest privacy, and log guest requests to ensure timely follow-up while living the IHG service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or call centre.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and local area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Understand hotel policies, procedures and facilities to assist guests accurately.
• Rotate in shifts (morning/afternoon/night) and handle calls/wake-up requests.
• Log requests and issues using the designated systems and update guests on progress.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
