Job summary

Kerzner International Limited is seeking a dedicated hotel receptionist to join the Imperial Services team in Dubai. You will deliver a first-class guest experience through effective information provision, attentive service, and precise handling of check-ins and check-outs at the Imperial Club.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in an international hotel, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while engaging with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel.
• Excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient reception service to all guests and offer information and attention to guest requests.
• Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs from the Imperial Club and process cashiering transactions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain all resort service standards and offer personalized service by assisting guests throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with the F&B service team to maintain sanitation and safety standards at all times.
• Develop knowledge of the Imperial Services offerings and benefits to assist guests effectively.
