Job summary

Hyatt Place Dubai is seeking a friendly Gallery Host to deliver courteous guest service from arrival through departure. You will be the primary contact for guests, handling check-in/out, inquiries, and requests with professionalism.

The role emphasizes teamwork, upselling opportunities, and seamless coordination with Housekeeping and F&B to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality-related field preferred.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, professional guest service throughout the guest journey.
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle inquiries and requests promptly with satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest records and profiles.
• Assist guests with luggage and concierge services.
