Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC seeks energetic Customer Service Attendants to join our leading parks leisure destination in the UAE. Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service backgrounds and a passion for guest experiences.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering enquiries, assisting with ticketing and reservations, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable visit. UAE experience is a plus; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent; Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or Business Administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional first impression.
• Assist visitors with enquiries about attractions, events, facilities, directions and services.
• Provide accurate information on park hours, promotions and attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support ticket validation, bookings and membership enquiries.
• Help manage crowds and guide guests to attractions and amenities.
• Record guest feedback and maintain incident logs.
• Follow HSE policies and ensure safety of guests and staff.
