Job summary

Rotana Hotels in Dubai is seeking dynamic Front Office professionals. As a Guest Service Agent you will provide professional, customer-focused service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality with front office experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Opera experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Check in guests following SOPs and warmly welcome.
• Check out departing guests to standards.
• Sell rooms to walk-in guests and handle daily facilities issues.
• Manage cash inventory and foreign currency transactions per policy.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Finance and Reservations.
• Ensure Guest Service Desk is staffed and ready.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate understanding of hotel policies and facilities.
