Job summary

Arada is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team in Sharjah. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle inquiries, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Reservations to ensure seamless stays.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in hospitality, strong English communication, and a professional appearance. This full-time role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering warm, efficient service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
• 1–2 years in Front Desk/Guest Service roles.
• UAE/GCC hotel experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of front office operations and guest procedures.
• English language ability required; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.
• Verify guest details, payments and reservation information.
• Provide information on facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with requests, complaints, and coordination with departments.
• Manage room assignments and update PMS accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions per hotel procedures.
• Support front desk during busy periods and events.
