Arada is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, professional service from arrival to departure at our UAE hotel. You will handle check-in/check-out, guest requests, and coordinate with departments to maintain high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior front desk experience and familiarity with PMS systems are assets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Desk role.
• Previous UAE or GCC hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of front office operations and guest service procedures.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Verify guest information, identification, payment details, and reservation details.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, policies, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, F&B, and other departments to resolve guest requirements.
• Manage room assignments and ensure accurate updates in the hotel PMS.
• Process room charges, payments, deposits, refunds, and other transactions accurately.
• Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, wake-up calls, and other services when required.
