Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in hotel or hospitality.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain offerings, make recommendations.
• Take and process food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Know menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to upsell.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Prepare and maintain dining areas and stations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
