Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, greet and seat guests, present menus, and upsell offerings while maintaining Hyatt standards.

A hospitality background and a genuine service mindset are valued, with fluency in English required. Basic knowledge of service procedures and the ability to work flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate requests.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and serve per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to support upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and workstations before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards and Hyatt operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking passionate, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, providing personalized service, and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and attentive service in line with Hyatt brand standards, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, make recommendations, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams, and serve items according to established service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, promotions, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience and support upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and assigned workstations before, during, and after service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards, as well as Hyatt operating procedures and brand standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.
