Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Dubai Production City is seeking a Management-level leader to oversee daily restaurant, bar/lounge, and room-service operations. You will supervise staff, participate in menu planning with culinary leadership, ensure sanitation standards, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting financial performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, compliance with liquor laws, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food & beverage or related field; or a 2-year degree with 2 years in food & beverage.
• Experience in hospitality management or food service is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations including restaurants/bars and room service where applicable.
• Maintains sanitation standards and assists with menu planning and training.
• Leads and coaches staff to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with laws and liquor regulations; manages staffing and employee development.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
