Rotana Hotels is seeking a Front Office Data Entry Clerk to support guest services in Abu Dhabi. The role involves forwarding passport information to the Police Department on arrival by email and handling sensitive data with speed and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will manage passport copies, operate the scanner and computer, and maintain orderly filing while staying informed about hotel services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick up passport copies at the designated area
• File all passport copies per day and hand it over to the concierge
• Work with computer and scanner to send all the necessary information
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and services
• Prioritize and perform accordingly to ensure that data’s are handled immediately with speed and efficiency
• Maintain a systematic and organized filing system and regularly check, update and reorganize cabinets when required
