Umdasch Group Ventures, a global family-owned business unit, offers a Growth Ventures Intern role in the UAE. You will support market intelligence, startup scouting, and early-stage deal work across construction technology sectors, gaining exposure to corporate strategy, M&A, and innovation ecosystems.

You should be pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, or engineering, with strong research skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in growth strategy, M&A, startups and innovation ecosystems.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into concise insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market and sector research on construction tech and built environment.
• Support startup scouting, target identification, and opportunity mapping.
• Prepare presentations and management materials for internal stakeholders.
• Map external innovation ecosystem including accelerators, funds, networks.
