Flynn and Chase in the UAE is seeking a mid-level venture capital professional to drive origination, deal execution, and portfolio value creation across the MENA region. You will work with founders to deliver growth, structure deals, and manage governance as part of a dynamic investment team.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in VC or growth equity, strong financial modelling skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with startups, co-investors, and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in venture capital or growth equity.
• Proficient in financial modelling, valuation, and commercial due diligence.
• Deep understanding of UAE/MENA entrepreneurial ecosystems.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Origination: identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage opportunities in AI, fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, and frontier tech in MENA.
• Due diligence and execution: lead financial modelling, valuations, market assessments, and deal structuring; coordinate external advisors and internal committees.
• Portfolio management: work with founders to deliver operational improvements, regional expansion, and follow-on fundraising.
• Ecosystem engagement: represent the firm at events, build relationships with co-investors, accelerators, and strategic partners.

Since its founding, the firm has backed more than `100 portfolio companies, supporting high-growth entrepreneurs in technology, fintech, software, and digital infrastructure.

The firm invests flexibly across seed, venture, and selective growth opportunities, with typical ticket sizes ranging from $1 million to $15 million. The Dubai office serves as the investment hub, and the team is now seeking to add a mid-level professional to drive origination, deal execution, and portfolio value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Origination: identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage opportunities across AI, fintech, SaaS, digital platforms, and frontier technologies in MENA
• Due diligence and execution: lead financial modelling, valuations, market assessments, and deal structuring; coordinate external advisors and internal committees
• Portfolio management: work closely with founders and management teams to deliver operational improvements, regional expansion, and follow-on fundraising
• Ecosystem engagement: represent the firm at industry events, build relationships with co-investors, accelerators, and strategic partners

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in venture capital, growth equity
• Solid analytical toolkit, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial due diligence skills
• Deep understanding of entrepreneurial ecosystems in the UAE and wider MENA region
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous
