Job summary

Moody’s is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth in the MA APAC and ME region. You will conduct outbound prospecting, follow up inbound leads, and nurture opportunities to become qualified deals.

You will collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners, using CRM tools to track activities and improve outreach efficiency, all while embracing AI concepts to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals.
• Interest in AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach.
• Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads from marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities.
• Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication.
• Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Stay adaptable and leverage sales tools to optimize productivity and outreach.
