Job summary

Moody's is seeking a motivated Sales/Business Development professional to join the MA APAC and ME sales team in Dubai. You will drive outbound prospecting, nurture leads, and advance opportunities through a consultative sales process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, CRM-driven activity tracking, and a results-driven mindset to exceed targets in a dynamic, AI-aware environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Strong lead generation and sales conversations, including cold emails, cold calls, prospecting, and nurturing leads.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently.
• Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is preferred.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and curiosity to use AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales pipeline growth by executing targeted SDR activities, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Conduct research to identify and prioritize key target personas; gather and organize contact information for outreach.
• Lead cold-calling campaigns to engage prospects, nurture warm leads, and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads generated by marketing and events, converting them into qualified opportunities.
• Partner with sales teams to develop strategies for pipeline generation and align outreach efforts with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deal progression and ensure seamless communication across the sales organization.
• Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales development activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Stay adaptable and leverage a variety of sales tools to optimize your productivity and outreach efforts.
