B2C Solutions Wll in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a results-driven New Business & Revenue Generation professional to lead growth initiatives for our digital marketing services. You will generate opportunities, manage prospecting and coordinate with the marketing team to tailor solutions.

You will own targets, build a robust pipeline, conduct discovery calls, present compelling proposals, and close deals with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Own monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential clients across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads and Business Owners.
• Understand client challenges and recommend solutions across ads, SEO, social, content, website development, CRM & marketing automation.
• Prospect and qualify leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and define client requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records.
• Understand client's marketing strategy and objectives; identify gaps and opportunities; build customized digital marketing solutions.
• Explain campaign strategy, deliverables, KPIs and commercials.
• Identify new industries, sectors and geographic markets; research target companies and decision-makers; develop industry-specific sales strategies.
• Explore large-ticket digital marketing engagements and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and forecast revenue; track leads, opportunities, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures and key metrics; provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
