Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive high-impact digital initiatives across multiple functions. You will translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions and work with Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Marketing, and business stakeholders to define priorities and measure impact.

You will bridge business needs with technical execution, owning MRDs/PRDs, prioritization, and delivery across fast-paced, cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within digital products, growth-oriented products, platforms, or technology teams.
• Professional fluency in English & Mandarin.
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and managing MRDs and PRDs.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, scalable product and technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience working closely with Engineering teams throughout the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong business analysis, data interpretation, prioritization, and product strategy skills.
• Experience defining product success metrics and evaluating post-launch performance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross‑functional initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and ability to drive projects from ambiguity to execution.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Business Analysis: Analyze problems, user needs, operational gaps, and opportunities; ensure data-backed value.
• Product Requirements: Own MRDs/PRDs and translate requirements into features and user stories.
• Product Ownership: Define statements, target users, scope, dependencies, success metrics, and documentation.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, Marketing and teams.
• Prioritization & Resource Allocation: Prioritize initiatives based on impact and urgency; advise resource allocation.
• Delivery Management: Manage timelines, risks, blockers; ensure actionable requirements.
• Performance & Measurement: Define success metrics and measure performance across indicators.
• Post-Launch Optimization: Analyze impact and suggest corrective actions.
• Leadership Reporting: Provide leadership with visibility into performance and risks.
