Job summary

Insights Prep is seeking a driven Growth & Partnerships Associate based in the UAE. You will build relationships with schools, corporates, and community groups while representing the brand and driving partnerships across the GCC.

The role offers high ownership, hands-on learning, and exposure to leadership. You will work closely with founders and spend time out in the market forming alliances, coordinating events, and growing the student reach.

Qualifications

• Based in the UAE.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent or native English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in partnerships, events, sales, or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, corporates, community groups and partner organizations.
• Reach out to potential partners and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage the events calendar.
• Identify, secure, and coordinate event speakers.
