Job summary

Insights Prep is seeking a driven Growth & Partnerships Associate based in the UAE. You will build relationships with schools, corporates, and community groups while representing the brand and driving partnerships across the GCC.

The role offers high ownership, hands-on learning, and exposure to leadership. You will work closely with founders and spend time out in the market forming alliances, coordinating events, and growing the student reach.

Qualifications

• Based in the UAE.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent or native English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in partnerships, events, sales, or business development is preferred.

Insights Prep is looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Growth & Partnerships Associate to join our team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day and wants to learn real skills. You will be out in the market, building relationships with schools and others, representing the brand, creating partnerships, and helping us reach more students, families, schools, and organizations across the GCC through innovative growth tactics.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build their marketing, sales and growth resume and learn core entrepreneurial skills. What you'll do

In this role, you will support our growth by forming and managing partnerships with schools, corporates, community groups, speakers, blogs, and other organizations.

Your responsibilities will include

• Building relationships with schools, community groups, corporates, and partner organizations
• Reaching out to potential partners and turning conversations into opportunities
• Coordinating and managing the events calendar
• Identifying, securing, and coordinating event speakers

Required qualifications

• Based in the UAE
• 1 to 5 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluent or native English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in partnerships, events, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is preferred
