Job summary

Yango Group is expanding its GCC footprint, including the UAE, and Egypt. We are seeking an Operations Manager to own and optimize day-to-day processes that enable growth, scale across markets, and turn initiatives into repeatable templates.

You will partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate concepts into actionable operations, provide data and a backbone for delivery, and ensure smooth launches of new channels and regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational or project support for marketing and commercial teams, preferably in international companies with regional expansion
• A proven ability to build, standardize, and scale operational processes, turning one-off projects into repeatable models across markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills: align stakeholders with processes, identify deviations early, adjust execution

Responsibilities

• Maintaining appropriate stock levels and distribution coverage across all markets
• Serving as the single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring that the Commercial department's volume plans and the Marketing department's stock-on-hand targets are met
• Managing offline promoters and merchandisers day to day, ensuring they meet operational standards
• Ensuring promoter budgets align with the approved performance-based scheme
• Rolling out branded offline touchpoints using templates and processes, and conducting regular quality checks
• Coordinating promotions (in-store materials, displays), deciding what goods will land in the store and timelines
• Supporting the launch of new channels and regions by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and resolving roadblocks
• Preparing for new launches by coordinating on-the-ground requirements, including stock, materials, standards, and field instructions
