Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• Strong affinity for data and analytics.
• Experience working with regulators.
• Interest in the financial industry.
• Experience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations.
• Identify growth opportunities in the UAE across product, operations, licensing, and scale.
• Build and optimise scalable processes to support hyper-growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects.
• Prioritise projects with clear timelines and goals.
• Explore features to enhance the customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance tracking.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate terms.
• Run support organisations and meet SLAs with stakeholders.
