Job summary

Yango Group is expanding its offline and online presence across the GCC, especially the UAE and Egypt. The Operations Manager will own operating processes for Yasmina, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly while scaling and standardizing them for multiple markets.

You will partner with Marketing and Commercial teams, turning concepts into repeatable, ground‑level workflows and providing data-driven insights to keep projects aligned and on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational or project support for marketing and commercial teams.
• Ability to build, standardize, and scale processes across markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and data reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own operating processes to support Yasmina's growth in GCC, UAE and Egypt.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to transform concepts into scalable workflows.
• Provide data and an operational backbone to keep projects on track and repeatable.
