Job summary

Yango Group is expanding its offline and online presence across the GCC, particularly the UAE, and Egypt. We're looking for someone to help build and own the operating processes that support this growth for Yasmina, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and scaling processes across markets.

As the Operations Manager, you'll work with Marketing and Commercial teams, turning concepts into clear, scalable procedures and providing the data and backbone they need to deliver.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational or project support for marketing and commercial teams.
• Ability to build, standardize, and scale operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management to align processes and adjust execution.
• Experience with GCC/UAE region or deep understanding of its landscape.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining appropriate stock levels and distribution coverage across all markets.
• Serving as the single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring volume plans and stock-on-hand targets are met for Commercial and Marketing.
• Managing offline promoters and merchandisers day to day, ensuring they meet standards.
• Ensuring promoter budgets align with approved performance-based schemes.
• Rolling out branded offline touchpoints using templates and processes; conducting quality checks.
• Coordinating promotions (in-store materials, displays) and store landings/timelines.
• Supporting launch of new channels/regions; tracking progress and resolving roadblocks.
• Preparing for new launches by coordinating on-the-ground requirements (stock, materials, standards).
