Job summary

Revolut in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate in the region. You will lead high-impact initiatives, optimize scalable processes, and drive efficiency across product, operations, licensing, and growth.

You'll work with data to identify opportunities, partner with regulators, and manage critical vendor relationships while delivering on ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
• To enjoy working with data.
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact.
• Experience working with regulators.
• An interest in the financial industry.
• Entrepreneurial experience.
• Experience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities in the UAE
• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue our hyper-growth
• Leading and executing core infrastructure projects
• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
• Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
