Job summary

Astra Tech, developer of Botim, seeks a Growth Analytics Lead to join in Dubai. You will build real-time dashboards covering engagement, growth loops, and ad performance, and automate reporting to replace siloed processes.

You will own A/B test design and analysis, develop reporting pipelines with Tableau/Power BI/SQL/Python, and segment users to drive targeted journeys. You’ll work autonomously in a build-from-scratch environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in growth or product analytics at a consumer tech company.
• Experience in fintech or a multi-service super-app environment preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests independently.
• Proven track record building reporting pipelines using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Expertise in segmentation and lifecycle/CRM analytics.
• Ability to work autonomously in a build-from-scratch environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain real-time dashboards covering platform engagement, growth loops, and ad performance
• Automate and standardize reporting to replace manual, vertical-siloed processes
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of A/B experiments from hypothesis to decision
• Segment users by behavior to design targeted journeys and interventions
• Drive growth loops including engagement, retention, reactivation, and referral
• Execute weekly reporting, monthly experiment reviews, and quarterly retrospectives
