Job summary

James Patrick is seeking a senior marketing leader to steer brand and growth initiatives across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will oversee performance marketing, social media, influencer campaigns, and manage agencies and internal teams to ensure top-tier execution.

You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth, collaborating with senior leadership to scale the brand in a fast-paced startup environment. Arabic fluency is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Brand, Growth, or Digital Marketing within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
• Strong background in performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and CRM.
• Experience managing agencies, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of the UAE and Saudi consumer markets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
