Job summary

THE/STUDIO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our growth engine across channels in a fully remote, global setting. You will own strategy, execution, and measurement, building a high-performance team and partner network to drive demand and revenue.

You’ll map the customer journey, align cross-channel messaging, and implement rigorous analytics, experimentation, and governance to sustain rapid growth in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of digital/performance marketing leadership in a high-growth company.
• Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, web, content and email.
• Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics and dashboards.
• Ability to set strategy and execute campaigns end-to-end.
• Excellent communication to align remote teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth engine and drive aggressive lead generation and revenue.
• Own end-to-end customer journey and cross-channel messaging.
• Audit and optimize performance across Google/Microsoft Ads, paid social, SEO.
• Build analytics framework and GA4 dashboards to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Ops and Leadership to align initiatives.
