qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Growth Marketing Director, you'll drive our growth in B2B paid acquisition: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one.

You'll own the full stack — creative strategy, media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting — working closely with Sales under clear SLAs to turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline-driven results.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, including managing $100K+ monthly budgets.
• Track record producing or directing high-performing video ads, with CRO expertise and tracking/CRM integration knowledge.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with a large monthly budget.
• Lead creative strategy end-to-end and build a portfolio of high-converting ads.
• Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff with defined SLAs to accelerate revenue.
• Build reliable multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure to guide scaling decisions.
• Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners.
