Qureos is seeking a growth marketer to own acquisition across new channels, balancing paid and organic strategies. You will design rigorous tests, justify bets with numbers, and scale those that prove value.

You will work with founders, product, engineering and sales to drive end-to-end growth and impact. You will receive a fixed salary plus a performance-based variable and meaningful equity as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling acquisition channels from zero to scale in B2B SaaS or two-sided marketplaces.
• Strong track record running paid and organic growth experiments with measurable impact.
• Proficiency in analytics, testing frameworks, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scale new acquisition channels across paid and organic.
• Develop test plans with hypotheses, budgets, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to optimize the user journey.
• Own funnel performance and conversions from first visit to paying customer.
