Qureos is hiring for a growth-focused marketer who will own and scale acquisition channels across paid and organic efforts. You will define experiments, build budgets, and partner with product, engineering and sales to accelerate the self-serve growth engine.

You will work closely with the founders and growth team to push new channels from idea to measurable revenue, turning experiments into scalable, revenue-generating activity across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling growth for B2B SaaS or two-sided marketplaces.
• Experience building and testing new acquisition channels with measurable impact.
• Data-driven decision making and proficiency with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and test new acquisition channels and build a compelling business case for scale.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis across paid and organic channels.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to optimize conversion paths.
