You will test paid and organic channels, build a live backlog of bets with budgets, time boxes and measurable goals, and collaborate across product, engineering and sales to move metrics quickly.

Bring hands-on experience in product-led growth or two-sided marketplaces, ability to run experiments, and the discipline to decide what to scale and what to stop.

Qualifications

• You have taken acquisition from nothing to scale somewhere, in product led or self serve growth, B2B SaaS demand generation, or a two sided marketplace.
• You build it yourself. In the ad account, the analytics and the page builder.
• You design tests that settle arguments and you pull your own analysis.

Responsibilities

• Join a growth team that already runs core channels and own the next set, and the conversion of everything that arrives.
• Test new channels, both paid and organic, decide what to scale and what to stop, with a clear case and budgets.
• Work with product, engineering and the founders to optimize the journey and move metrics quickly.
