Job summary

Qureos in Dubai is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to drive acquisition and activation. You will own new channels, including paid media, affiliates, marketplaces, and content, and decide which to scale based on rigorous testing and ROI analysis.

You will work with founders, product, and engineering to optimize the user journey and deliver measurable growth, equity, and a clear path to scaling the business.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth for B2B SaaS in a product-led or self-serve model.
• Proven ability to identify, test and scale multiple channels.
• Strong analytics mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify new growth channels and experiments to scale.
• Plan budgets, run rapid tests, and decide which channels to scale.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to optimize the funnel.
• Track results and report impact to senior leadership.
