Qureos is expanding its growth team to scale acquisition channels across paid and organic media, marketplaces, communities, and lifecycle email. You will own new channels, test with numbers, and decide which to scale based on ROI.

You will work with founders, product, engineering, and sales to move metrics and drive conversion from first visit to paying customers. The role emphasizes analytics, experimentation, and end-to-end funnel optimization, with a fixed salary plus performance-based equity

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling demand generation in product-led or self-serve models.
• Proven ability to test and scale new growth channels with measurable ROI.
• Comfort working with product, engineering, and growth teams to optimize funnel.
