Job summary

AirRAK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in Ras Al Khaimah's property and short-term rental market. You will identify opportunities, acquire owners and investors, and build strategic partnerships to expand AirRAK's presence.

You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver on revenue targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property Management teams to onboard clients. This role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
• Experience in Ras Al Khaimah real estate, property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with AirRAK's commercial objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams across Ras Al Khaimah.
• Support AirRAK's growth and market expansion initiatives.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities focusing on property owners, landlords, investors, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and present AirRAK property management and short-term rental solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property Management teams to onboard clients.
• Share market insights to strengthen AirRAK's commercial strategy.
• Monitor market trends and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
