RAK Real Estate in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a leasing professional to manage the full cycle from marketing to tenant occupancy. You will coordinate property listings, respond to inquiries, and conduct viewings to present units in the best light.

You will assess applicants, verify documents, and negotiate terms while ensuring contracts comply with UAE regulations. Responsibilities also include move-in/out coordination and renewal management for ongoing occupancy.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex discussions on rental terms and payment disputes.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities, particularly in high‑pressure tenant situations.
• High attention to detail in contract preparation, documentation and financial record keeping.
• Practical experience with property management systems, particularly Odoo and Falcon.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate marketing and inquiry management to ensure listings are accurate and up‑to‑date and respond to tenant inquiries promptly.
• Qualify tenants by explaining features, collecting supporting documents, and verifying Emirates ID, residency visa, and trade licenses for corporate tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and prepare tenancy contracts compliant with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes, including inspections, utilities activation, and handovers.
• Manage lease renewals, monitor expiry dates, and maintain strong tenant relationships to improve retention.
• Handle post‑dated cheques, payment follow‑ups, and, if needed, escalate to management or legal for action.
