Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in business setup, company formation or free zone sales is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, close deals and hit sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and licensing regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Advise clients on company formation, licensing, free zone regulations, and visa requirements.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and channel partnerships.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client records in Zoho CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and setup partners.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
