Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Business Consultant for Company Formation & Free Zone Services in Sharjah. You will manage and convert inquiries into sales for company formation and licensing, while guiding clients through UAE setup requirements.

You will advise on activities, regulations, visa fees, and licensing packages, build client relationships and strive to meet monthly sales targets. Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing commercial sales role.
• Proven track record of converting inquiries into sales, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Russian is highly advantage while proficiency in English is mandatory
